Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic and flowing practice that synchronizes movement with breath, linking postures together in a continuous sequence. Music is an important part of this class, with a playlist created to connect with the breath, movement. The class can be slow paced or a vigorous flow. It builds strength, flexibility, and focus.

Yin-Yang Yoga

Combines the active and energizing aspects of Yang yoga with the passive and grounding nature of Yin yoga. It offers a balanced practice that promotes physical and mental well-being. The first half starts with an energetic Vinyasa sequence and finishes with a second half of Yin.

Yin Yoga

A slow-paced practice that involves holding passive floor poses for an extended period. The class welcomes yoga props as blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters. It targets deep connective tissues, promotes flexibility, and cultivates a sense of stillness and relaxation.
